These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bioptron Academy platform, including all content, protocols, videos, clinical studies, and features available through your membership ("Service"), operated by Brilin Functional Medicine Centre, New Zealand.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or accessing the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Your Premium membership provides full, unlimited access to the complete Bioptron Academy content library for the duration of your subscription period.
After 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Annual renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

Your Premium membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced or distributed without our express written permission.
We aim to provide continuous access to the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. In the event of extended outages, we will notify members and, where appropriate, extend membership periods accordingly.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or content at any time, though we will always endeavour to notify members of significant changes.
