    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login (email and PIN access).
    • You may not share your account access with others. Each subscription is intended for individual use.

    4. Subscriptions and Billing

    • Free Access: We offer limited free access to allow you to explore the structure and sample content of the App.
    • Premium Membership: Full access requires a Premium upgrade, which involves an initial fee and a subsequent annual renewal fee as described on the upgrade page.
    • Refunds: Please review our refund policy provided at checkout. If you are unsatisfied, please contact support.
    • We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content within the App, including but not limited to protocols, text, graphics, videos, and logos, is the property of Bioptron Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems.
    • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data or content from the App.
